CLEAR THE GUTTERS are very upfront and transparent with our pricing. For a standard sized 2/3 storey house or small bungalow, we charge just £89 plus VAT to clean out your house’s gutters. Using our Skyvac gutter cleaning equipment and livefeed video cameras to guide us as we work, we professionally clean out front, rear and side gutters of all debris. Other local, established companies are charging small houses from £150 to £250 for an inferior service. Most other companies are doing the clearing work without cameras to guide them, nor do they take high level photos to prove the gutters have actually been cleaned out. CLEAR THE GUTTERS eliminates all the guesswork. There should be no hiding place.

For larger houses with longer lengths of guttering, or a conservatory/extension, the cost may go up marginally, but not by much. See our pricing section above for a guide to how much we charge.

CLEAR THE GUTTERS offer a £10 plus VAT discount on all our prices if you CLUB TOGETHER with your neighbours. It doesn’t have to be your next-door neighbour – it can be any house on the same street/road. As long as we clean out the gutters in two or more properties consecutively and in the same visit, we’ll offer this £10 plus VAT discount to both houses.

So now our charge of £89 plus VAT for a small house becomes £79 plus VAT per house if we do a minimum of two houses one after the other. Why would you give other companies £150 to £220 for doing the same job, especially when they don’t even use cameras or show you the results of their work.
