We can work 7 days a week from 8am until dusk, so we always have availability to suit your needs. We don’t charge extra for weekend visits or unsocial hours. If we can’t offer you a same-day or next-day service, we aim to come out within 72 hours or at a time that suits you best.

What to expect on our visit
We will cover as many questions in advance of our visit so there are no surprises on the day.
Before we get to work cleaning out your gutters, we’ll do a thorough inspection of the guttering. We’ll make sure all areas are safe to reach and the guttering is structurally sound, so we can use our equipment safely.
If we need to pass through your house, we always use overshoes to keep floors clean. Our equipment is highly portable and can also be broken down, so there is no risk of damaging your home as we pass through it.
All we need from you is a plug socket to connect an extension cable into.
We clean up after ourselves and neatly bag up all waste for you to dispose of. Or we can put in flower beds or in your compost heap.
We take payment on the day by card or same day bank transfer. We accept all major credit cards.
All listed/quoted prices subject to VAT at 20%. We email VAT invoices for all our work.
We have £5m public liability insurance cover in place. Copies of our policy available upon request.
